Upon inspection of the property, I found a Hickory tree that needs to be removed. The tree
is being choked out by potato vines. The vines have completely engulfed the tree and has caused
the tree to lean. There is no way to trim the tree to make it safe. The tree is a hazard to the property
and should be removed.
