To Whom it May Concern:
Upon inspection of the property, I found a Live oak that needs to be removed. The
homeowner are replacing the fence which was damaged due to the tree growing into it. The tree
should be removed in order to put in the new fence and avoid future damage to it. Since the tree is
alive, the homeowners should replant. The backyard does not have enough soil space for a Live
oak. An ornamental tree or palm tree should be planted in its place.
