To City of Atlantic Beach,
I, Matthew Humphries have gone to the property located at 662 Main Street, Atlantic Beach, FL 32233,
and have inspected the 4 trees on the north side of the house, and deem that the 4 trees, 2 of which are
over 8 inches in diameter do pose a hazard to the persons and properties at 662 Main Street and 710
Main St. There are branches that do show rot, and overhang the property at 710 Main St., and the roof
of 662 Main St. The 4 trees are less than 5 ft. from the house at 662 Main Street and the roots will
eventually cause foundation issues to the house. Therefore, it is necessary for the 4 trees to be
removed.
