At your request, I have inspected the Cedar tree in your front yard and the
Cherry Laurel tree in your rear yard. The Cedar tree is beginning to lift your
walkway and driveway due to root expansion. This will continue to get
worse as time goes on causing a trip hazard. The Cherry Laurel in the rear is
fully mature and going into old age and decline. Both of these trees are a
hazard to persons and property and should be removed.
