I was asked to inspect a live oak tree(Quercus virginiana) on the Fleet Landing Campus.
Upon inspection of the live oak tree it appears the tree is causing foundational damage to the
building. The root plate is lifting up the concrete not allowing the entry/exit door to be used.
It is my opinion this tree should be removed.
