Comment 1: We have hired Alpha Southeast to provide detailed drawings as required to provide onsite storage of stormwarter for all impervious surfaces.
As this may be a lengthy process, we request a conditional approval of the construction phase of work while waiting on the updated site plans.
Comment 3: We have hired Boatwright Land Surveyors to provide an updated survey showing Topographical and Impervious Elements. As this is at least a 4 week
process, we request conditional approval of the building scope of work as noted above so that we may get started on that phase.
