AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 50 ENTITLED ''AN
ORDINANCE providing for the Zoning of the Town of Atlantic
Beach, Duval County, Florida. Under and Pursuant to Chanter
19688 of the Laws of Florida, Special Acts of 1939, Entitled
''AN ACT AUTHORIZING the Town of Atlantic Beach, Florida, to
Provide For, and Prescribe Zoning Regulations; and Repealing
Chapter 16313, Laws of Florida, Special Acts of 1933, Entitled
'AN ACT to Provide the Town of Atlantic Beach, Duval County,
Florida, to Provide and Prescribe Zoning Regulations" .
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH
FLORIDA,
SECTION 1. That the territory of the City of Atlantic
Beach described as follows:
North 10 feet Lot 1, Lot 2 (Except North 3 feet)
Block 41, Plat Book 6, Page 1 of the Current Public
Records of Duval County, Florida.
411, is hereby designated as a Residence C District, within the
meaning of Residence C Districts, as provided by said Ordinance
No. 50 of the Town of Atlantic Beach, commonly known as the
Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are to the extent of such conflict hereby
repealed.
SECTION 3 . This ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon passage.
