AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 90-59-3
BEING "AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ZON-
ING OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, DUVAL
COUNTY, FLORIDA FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROMOT-
ING HEALTH, SAFETY, MORALS AND THE GENERAL
WELFARE OF THE CITY, UNDER AND PURSUANT TO
THE 'ATLANTIC BEACH CHARTER : PROVIDING
FOR THE ENFORCEMENT THEREOF, FIXING PENALTY
FOR VIOLATION THEREOF: REPEALING ORDINANCE
NUMBER 50 AND ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
THEREWITH AND FIXING THE DATE WHEN SAME
SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE. "
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH,
FLORIDA.
Section 1. That the Zoning Map of the City of Atlantic
Beach be changed as follows:
A parcel of land lying on the East side of the Mayport
Road bounded on the South by Atlantic Beach Villa Subdivi-
sion Unit 1; on the East by Royal Palms Subdivision Unit
2A; on the North by the Plaza and on the West by Mayport
Road, now zoned Residence "A" and Business "B" be changed
to Business "A".
Section 2. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage on final reading.
Passed by the City Commission on the first reading on

Passed by the City Commission on the second and final read-
ing on 7424. -6t 1962.
