To Whom it May Concern:
Upon inspection of the property, I found one Live oak tree that poses an unnecessary risk
to person and property and should be removed.
Per Florida Statute 163.045, if a tree has been deemed a high risk to person or property, a
permit does not need to be applied for, nor any notice.
The tree in question on the property located at 385 Garden Lane, poses a high risk of
damaging the property. It has already caused minor damage to the driveway and side frame of the
garage. Due to the fact the large tree is growing centimeters from the foundation of the garage, the
trees root systems has no where to grow. This is causing the trees to build up under the tree causing
the ground to rise and push against the foundation of the garage. If the tree is not removed,
extensive damage will occur to the frame and foundation of the garage. The tree should be
removed.
