AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 90-59-3
BEING "AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ZONING
OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, DUVAL COUNTY,
FLORIDA, FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROMOTING HEALTH,
SAFETY, MORALS, AND THE GENERAL WELFARE OF THE
CITY, UNDER AND PURSUANT TO THE 'ATLANTIC -BEACH
CF7RTER' : PROVIDING FOR THE ENFORCEMENT THERE-
OF, FIXING PENALTY FOR VIOLATION THEREOF, RE-
PEALING ORDINANCE NO. 50 AND ALL ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT THEREWITH AND FIXING THE DATE WHEN
SAME SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE . "
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA.
Section 1. That the Zoning Map of the City of Atlantic
Beach be changed as follows:
A part of Government Lot 4, Section 17, Township 2
South, Range 29 East, Duval County, Florida, more
particularly described as follows:
Begin at the intersection of the East line of said
Government Lot 4 and the North line of Levy Road
4010 as established by the County Engineer, thence N.
85°05 ' West along the North line of said Levy Road
a distance of 235.00 feet to a point; thence N. 1019 '
West parallel to the East line of said Lot 4 a dis-
tance of 600 feet to a point; thence S. 85°05 ' E.
a distance of 235.00 feet to the East line of said
Lot 4 a distance of 600.00 feet to the Point of
Beginning,
be changed from Residence "D" to Industrial.
Section 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage.
Passed by the City Commission on the first reading on
May 13 , 1963 .
Passed by the City Commission on the second and final reading
on June 10, , 1963.
