AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 90-59-3 BEING "AN ORDINANCE
PROVIDING FOR THE ZONING OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, DUVAL
COUNTY, FLORIDA, FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROMOTING HEALTH, SAFETY,
MORALS, AND THE GENERAL WELFARE OF THE CITY, UNDER AND PURSUANT
TO THE ATLANTIC BEACH CHARTER: PROVIDING FOR THE ENFORCEMENT
THEREOF, FIXING PENALTY FOR VIOLATION THEREOF, REPEALING ORDINANCE
NO. 50 AND ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THEREWITH AND FIXING THE
DATE WHEN SAME SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE .
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA.
Section 1. That the Zoning Map of the City of Atlantic Beach, '
be changed as follows:
a. Part of Government Lot 4, Section 17 , Township 2
South, Range 29 East, Duval County, Florida, as recorded
in OR Book 1900-184 be changed from Residence "D" to
Business "B".
b. That property described by the following deed book
numbers:
Part of Government Lot 4, Section 17 , Township 2 South,
Range 29 East, Duval County, Florida,
1706-573 "that portion lying Easterly of property
described in Deed Book 1242-266 ";
1710-330; 819-555; 1425-301; 1360-111; 876-564;
1710-51; 1402-115; 1743-561; 441-281; 1329-234;
1029-377 , 378, 379; 1421-73; 1477-147; and Part of
Government Lot 3, Section 17 , Township 2 South,
Range 29 East, Duval County Florida, 1512-285,
be changed from Residence D and Business B to Industrial.
Section 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall become effective immed-
iately upon its passage.
