Ordinance No. 90-64-19 v ORDINANCE NO. 90-64-19 AO ORDINANCE TO AliEI'D ORDINANCES NO. 90-59-3 AND 90-60-8, 90-62-14 BEING AN ORDINANCE PRO- VIDING FOR THE ZONING OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, DUVAL COUNTY, FLORIDA, FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROMOTING HEALTH, SAFETY, MORALS AND THE GENERAL WELFARE OF THE CITY, UNDER AND PURSUANT TO THE 'ATLANTIC BEACH CARTER' : PROVIDING FOR THE ENFORCEMENT THEREOF, FIXING PENALTY FOR VIOLATION THEREOF: REPEALING ORDINANCE NUMBER 50 AND ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THEREWITH AND FIXING THE DATE WHEN SAME SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE. " BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA. Section 1. That the Zoning map of the City of Atlantic Beach be changed as follows; A parcel of land lying on the northeast, corner of i:oyal Palms Drive and Atlantic Boulevard, Said tract extending in a northerly direction from north right-of-way line of Atlantic Boulevard 150 ' along Royal Palms Drive and thence easterly 175 ' and thence southerly 160 ' to the north right-of-way line of Atlantic Boulevard and thence westerly 175 ' to point of beginning. Said tract being a part of B de Castro Yerrer Grant pt. recorded O/R Book 1845-271 , 21OxXAX This portion of said tract now zoned Busi- ness AA be changed to Business B. Section 2. That this Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage. Passed by the City Commission on the first reading on August 24, 1964.
