ORDINANCE NO. 90-65-20 c>
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 90-59-3,
BEING AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE
PROVIDING FOR THE ZONING OF THE CITY OF
ATLANTIC BEACH, DUVAL COUNTY, FLORIDA FOR
THE PURPOSE OF PROMOTING HEALTH, SAFETY,
MORALS AND THE GENERAL WELFARE OF THE CITY,
UNDER AND PURSUANT TO THE 'ATLANTIC BEACH
CHARTER ; PROVIDING FOR THE ENFORCEMENT
THEREOF; FIXING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION
THEREOF; REPEALING ORDINANCE NUMBER 50 AND
ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THEREWITH AND
FIXING THE DATE WHEN SAME SHALL BECOME
EFFECTIVE .
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. All that part of the tract of land designated
"Hotel Reservation", as shown on the plat of Atlantic Beach,
Florida, recorded in Plat Book 5, page 64, of the current
public records of Duval County, Florida, described as follows:
For a point of reference commence at the Northwest
corner of Club Manor, according to plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 25, page 62 of the current
public records of Duval County, Florida; thence
run N. 85°32 ' 15 " E. along the North line of said
Club Manor a distance of 581.61 feet to the Easterly
line of Club Manor; run thence North 4°12 ' 55 " W. 30
feet to the point of beginning; thence continue N.
4°12 ' 55 " W. in the Easterly line of Club Manor
661. 30 feet to the South line of 10th Street; run
thence South 83°40 '45 " West in the Southerly line
of 10th Street 285 . 30 feet; run thence South 4°28 ' 15 "
E. 582 . 06 feet; run thence North 85°32 ' 15 " E. 101. 23
feet; run thence South 4°27 ' 45" E. 70 feet; thence run
North 85°32 ' 15 " E. 181 feet to the point of beginning.
be and the same is hereby established, designated and ordained
as "Business A District" , as defined in said Ordinance No.
90-59-3 , and said Ordinance and the zoning map adopted thereby
are hereby amended and changed accordingly.

Section 2 . All that part of the tract of land designated
"Hotel Reservation", as shown on the plat of Atlantic Beach,
Florida, recorded in Plat Book 5, page 64, of the current public
records of Duval County, Florida, which lies Westerly of the
West line of the parcel of land described in Section 1 hereof,
except the South 150 feet of the West 116.64 feet thereof, be
and the same is hereby established, designated and ordained as
"Residence C District", as defined in said Ordinance No. 90-59-3,
and said Ordinance and the zoning map adopted thereby are
hereby amended and changed accordingly.
Section 3 . This Ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage.
