AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 90-59-3,
BEING AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE
PROVIDING FOR THE ZONING OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC
BEACH, DUVAL COUNTY, FLORIDA, FOR THE PURPOSE
OF PROMOTING HEALTH, SAFETY, MORALS AND THE
GENERAL WELFARE OF THE CITY, UNDER AND PURSUANT
TO THE 'ATLANTIC BEACH CHARTER' ; PROVIDING FOR
THE ENFORCEMENT THEREOF; REPEALING ORDINANCE
NUMBER 50 AND ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THERE-
WITH AND FIXING THE DATE WHEN SAME SHALL
BECOME EFFECTIVE. "
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. All that tract of land described as follows:
A portion of "Hotel Reservation" as shown on
plat recorded in Plat Book 5, page 64, of the
current public records of Duval County,
Florida and more particularly described as
follows:
For a point of reference commence at the
intersection of the East Right-of-way line
of the former Florida East Coast Railway and
the North line of Seventh Street as shown on
the above Plat; thence run North 6° 16 ' West
along said railroad right-of-way line a
distance of 625.35 feet; thence run North
83° 44 ' East parallel to the aforementioned
Northerly line of Seventh Street a distance
of 43 feet to a Point of Beginning of the lands
to be conveyed by this description. Thence
continue North 83° 44 ' East a distance of 110
feet; thence run North 60 16 ' West a distance
of 150 feet; thence run South 83° 44 ' West a
distance of 110 feet; thence run South 6° 16 '
East a distance of 150 feet to the Point of
Beginning.
be and the same is hereby established, designated and ordained as
"Residence C District", as defined in said Ordinance No. 90-59-3,
Lnd said Ordinance and the zoning map adopted thereby are hereby
amended and changed accordingly.

Section 2. This Ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage.
