AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE 90-59-3
BEING "AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE
ZONING OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, DUVAL
COUNTY, FLORIDA, FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROMO-
TING HEALTH, SAFETY, MORALS AND THE GENERAL
WELFARE OF THE CITY, UNDER AND PURSUANT TO
THE ATLANTIC BEACH CHARTER: PROVIDING FOR
THE ENFORCEMENT THEREOF, REPEALING ORDINANCE
NO. 50 AND ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THERE-
WITH AND FIXING THE DATE WHEN SAME SHALL
BECOME EFFECTIVE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION I . That Paragraph 7 (b) of Section VI of Ordinance
No. 90-59-3 be and the same is hereby amended by striking
therefrom the figure "750" and substituting in lieu there-
of the figure "850".
SECTION II. That Paragraph 7 (b) of Section VII of
Ordinance No. 90-59-3 be and the same is hereby amended
by striking therefrom the figure "500" and substituting
in lieu thereof the figure "850" .
SECTION III. That Paragraph 7 (a) of Section VIII of
Ordinance No. 90-59-3 be and the same is hereby amended
by striking therefrr'r the figure "500" and substituting
in lieu thereof the figure "850" .
SECTION IV. That this Ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage on final reading.
