AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 90-59-3 BEING
AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED: AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR
THE ZONING OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, DUVAL
COUNTY, FLORIDA, FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROMOTING HEALTH,
SAFETY, MORALS AND THE GENERAL WELFARE OF THE CITY
UNDER AND PURSUANT TO THE ATLANTIC BEACH CHARTER:
PROVIDING FOR THE ENFORCEMENT THEREOF: FIXING PENAL-
TIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF; REPEALING ORDINANCE
NUMBER 50 AND ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THEREWITH
AND FIXING THE DATE WHEN SAME SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA.
SECTION 1. All those certain lots or parcels of land
described as follows :
All lots in Block 57 through Block 82,
Section H, Atlantic Beach, as described
in Plat Book 18, page 34
be and the same are hereby established, designated and ordained
as "Business B District" , as defined in said Ordinance Number
90-59-3 , as amended by Ordinance No. 90-62-14 Section II, and
said Ordinance and the zoning map adopted thereby are hereby
amended and changed accordingly.
SECTION 2 . This Ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage.
Passed by the City Commission on first reading January 23, 19E7.
Passed by the City Commission on second and final reading on
February 27, 1967 .
