AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NQ. 90-59-3
ENTITLED "ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ZONING
OF ATLANTIC BEACH. . . . ", BY ADDING THERETO
AND INSERTING THEREIN FOLLOWING SECTION IV
THEREOF, AND BY ADDING TO THE OFFICIAL ZONING
MAP THEREOF, CERTAIN DESIGNATED LANDS TO BE
ZONED AS RESIDENTIAL "AA" (RAA) , THE FOLLOWING
TO BE KNOWN AS SECTION IV A.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION IV A.
1. Ordinance No. 90-59-3 and the Official Zoning Map of the
City of Atlantic Beach, Florida, are hereby amended by adding
thereto the following described lands to be hereby designated
as zoned RESIDENTIAL "AA" (RAA) :
Those certain lands within the City of Atlantic
Beach, Florida, bounded on the South by Selva
Marina Unit No. 2, as recorded in the public
records of Duval County, Florida, on the East
by Seminole Beach Road, on the North by
Saturiba Drive and on the West by Selva Marina
Country Club.
2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its final
passage.
Passed by the City Commission on its first reading October 23rd,
1967 .
Passed by the City Commission on its second and final reading
December 11th, 1967.
