AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 90-59-3
BEING "AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ZONING
OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, DUVAL COUNTY,
FLORIDA, FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROMOTING HEALTH,
SAFETY, MORALS AND THE GENERAL WELFARE OF THE
CITY, UNDER AND PURSUANT TO THE 'ATLANTIC
BEACH CHARTER' : PROVIDING FOR THE ENFORCEMENT
THEREOF, FIXING PENALTY FOR VIOLATION THEREOF:
REPEALING ORDINANCE NUMBER 50 AND ALL ORDI-
NANCES IN CONFLICT THEREWITH AND FIXING THE
DATE WHEN SAME SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE" .
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION I. That sub-paragraph "g" of paragraph 2, Section IX,
Ordinance #90-59-3 be, and is hereby amended by deletion of
entire sub-paragraph and substitution of new sub-paragraph as
follows:
" (g) Outside storage of stocks, supplies or equipment
except for new and used car lot sales and mobile homes
sales in Business "A" zoned property lying West of
Mayport Road" .
SECTION II. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage on final reading.
