AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 90-59-3
ENTITLED "ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ZONING
OF ATLANTIC BEACH. . . . " BY ADDING THERETO AND
INSERTING THEREIN FOLLOWING SECTION VII THERE-
OF, AND BY ADDING TO THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP
THEREOF, CERTAIN DESIGNATED LANDS TO BE ZONED
AS RESIDENTIAL C-1 (RC-1) , THE FOLLOWING TO BE
KNOWN AS SECTION VII A.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION VII A
1. Ordinance No. 90-59-3 and the Official Zoning Map of the City
of Atlantic Beach, Florida, are hereby amended by adding thereto
the following described lands to be hereby designated as zoned
RESIDENTIAL C-1 (RC-1) . This designation is limited to trailer
parks for residential purposes only.
Those certain lands within the City of Atlantic
Beach, Florida, as recorded in the public records
of Duval County, Florida, as follows:
Lots 1, 2, 3 - Block 82 - Section H
All of Block 83 - Section H
Lots 1 to 7 Incl. - Block 24 - Section H
Lots 4, 5, 6, 7 - Block 25 - Section H
18-2S-29E
Pt of Lot 1 Recd. O/R Bk 634-290 and 634-296 and
634-325 Ex Pt. in City Street recd.
OR Bk 658-243.
2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances and Resolutions in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed.
3. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its final
passage.
