AN ORDINANCE REPEALING PART OF SUB-PARAGRAPH (3) , OF
PARAGRAPH (A) , SECTION 16, CHAPTER 28, ENTITLED "PER-
MITTED USES WITHIN BUSINESS "B" (BB)DISTRICTS; ZONING"
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH,
FLORIDA.
SECTION I. The words "Trailer or Mobile Homes Park" are
hereby deleted and repealed from Sub-paragraph (3) of
paragraph (a) , Section 16, Chapter 28, of the Code of the
City of Atlantic Beach, Florida; The said Chapter and
Section being entitled "Zoning; Business "B" (BB) District;
Permitted uses" .
SECTION II . This Ordinance shall become effective immed-
iately upon its passage on final reading.
Passed by the City Commission on first reading on
