AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 28 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY
OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA, ENTITLED "ZONING" , AND AMEND-
INf THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP TO CONFORM WITH THE FOLLOWING
AMENDMENT .
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA.
SECTION 1.
Chapter 28 of the Code of the City of Atlantic Beach entitled
"Zoning" and the official Zoning Map be amended as follows : The
described land to be rezoned from Business A and Residence A to
Residence C is those three parts of Castro Y Ferrer Grant,
Section 38, Township 2, Range 29 East, in the City of Atlantic
Beach, Florida, more particularly described as follows :
Part A - That part described in Warranty Deed recorded
in Deed Book 1191, page 238 of the current public records
of Duval County, Florida, except the South 200 feet
thereof.
Part B - That part described in Warranty Deed recorded
in Volume 3025, page 291 of the Official Records of
Duval County, Florida, except the South 200 feet thereof.
Part C - That part described in Warranty Deed recorded
in Volume 3025, Page 292 of the Official Records of Duval
County, Florida,
SECTION 2 .
All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances and Resolutions in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3 .
This Ordinance shall take effect upon issuance of a permit and
and construction started in conformity with the Zoning and Build-
ing Code of the City. Failure to commence construction within
six months of the passage of this Ordinance shall render this
Ordinance null and void.
