AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PART OF SECTION 28-:4
RESIDENCE D, PARAGRAPH 2, OF THE CODE OF THE
CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH,
FLORIDA.
SECTION 1. That paragraph 2, Section 28-12, Residence D,
be amended by adding thereto subsection provi-
ding that (i) off street parking shall be in
conformity with the requirements as set forth
in residential A, B, and C.
SECTION 2 . This Ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage on final reading.
Passed by the City Commission on first reading on April 26th,
1971.
. Passed by the City Commission on Second and final reading on
May 10th 1971.
