AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 90-59-3 ENTITLED
."ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ZONING OF ATLANTIC
BEACH. . . . " BY CHANGING ZONING FROM RESIDENCE "D"
TO RESIDENCE "D-1" , AND BY ADDING TO THE OFFICIAL
ZONING MAP THEREOF CERTAIN DESIGNATED LANDS TO BE
ZONED AS RESIDENCE "D-1" .
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH,
FLORIDA :
SECTION 1
(a) Ordinance 90-59-3 and the official zoning map of
the City of Atlantic Beach, Florida, is hereby amended by
changing the designation of the following described lands
to be Residential "D-1" :
REF : ED SMITH SUBDIVISION - PLAT BOOK 26,
PAGE 50, PUBLIC RECORDS DUVAL COUNTY,
FLORIDA.
Lots 8 through 14 - Block 1
Lots 1 through 14 - Block 2
Lots 1 through 7 - Block 3
SECTION 2 All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances and
Resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3 This Ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon its final passage.
Passed by the City Commission on its first reading May 10th,
1971.
Passed by the City Commission on second and final reading on
May 24, 1971.
