ARC LETTER REGARDING PAVERSGood Morning: Alec Arial, Preferred Group, has advised that Marvin Mark Kloeppel is modifying his request for approval by the Members of The Bluffs Townhouse Homeowners Association, Inc.(Association), such that, in order not to exceed the Coastal Construction Control Line, his proposed rear paver deck would be constructed 16 feet eastward rather than the permit application length of 20 feet. Based on that modification, the Association hereby provides its approval of the rear paver deck, benches on that deck and the replacement of the driveway with pavers.
