AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 28 OF THE CODE
OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA, EN-
TITLED "ZONING" , AND AMENDING THE OFFICIAL
ZONING MAP TO CONFORM WITH THE FOLLOWING
AMENDME T.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH,
FLORIDA.
SECTION 1.
Chapter 28 of the Code of the City of Atlantic Beach en-
titled "Zoning" and the official Zoning Map be amended as
follows: The described land to be rezoned from Business
A to Business B is Blocks #44 and #45, Section H, in the
City of Atlantic Beach, Florida, recorded in the current
public records, Duval County, Florida, in plat book 18,
page 34.
SECTION 2 .
All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances and Resolutions in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed.

SECT ION 3.

This Ordinance shall take effect upon issuance of a permit
and construction started in conformity with the Zoning and
w Building Code of the City. Failure to commence construction
z m within six months of the passage of this Ordinance shall
render this Ordinance null and void.
