AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 28 OF THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH,
FLORIDA, ENTITLED "ZONING" ,
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH,
FLORIDA
Section 28-8 Residence "A" Single-Family District
Subsection (6) (c) shall be amended to read:
Front yard required. There shall be a front yard having
a depth of one-sixth of the depth of the lot, but in no
case shall the front yard be less than twenty feet.
