AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 90-59-3
ENTITLED 'ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR TIE ZONING
OF ATLANTIC BEACH-", BY ADDING me 10 AND
INSERTING THEREIN FOLLOWING SECTION VI THEREOF,
CERTAIN DESIGNATED LANDS TO BE ZONED AS
RESIDENC "B" (RB) , THE FOLLOWING TO BE KNOWN
AS SECTION VI C.
BE IT ETcrED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACHI, FLORIDA:
SECTION VI C.
1. Ordinance No. 90-59-3, as amended, and the Official Zoning Map of
the City of Atlantic Beach, Florida, are hereby amended by adding thereto
the following described lands to be hereby designated as ZONED RFSIDEI&
"Ba (RB)
Lot 1, Block 17, Atlantic Bcach (formerly knaan as Lots
1 and 2, Block 17, Atlantic Beach) .
2. The development and construction of building on this land will
cc inence within a period of six (6) nonths from March 27th 1972,
otherwise the land will revert to its original status.
3. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately tenon its final
passage.
Passed by the City Commission on its first reading the 13th day of
March , 1972.
Passed by the City Commission on its second and final reading the 27th
day of March , 1972.
