AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 28 OF THE CODE OF
THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA, ENTITLED
"ZONING" ; PROVIDING THAT SECTION 7 THEREOF BE
AMENDED TO INCREASE THE SQUARE FOOTAGE REQUIRE-
MENT; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES, PARTS OF ORDINANCES
AND RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA .
SECTION 1 .
Chapter 28, Section 28-7 . Residence "A-1" (RA-1) Single-Family
Districts, Subsection (g) -- Minimum lot coverage, shall be
amended to read as follows:
(g) Minimum lot coverage .
(1) One story -- 1, 200 square feet enclosed
heated living area.
(2) Two stcry -- 750 square feet enclosed coverage
on the ground floor and not less than a total
of 1, 200 square feet enclosed heated living
area.
SECTION 2.
All crdinances or parts of ordinances and resolutions in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
