AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE MO . 90-59-3
BEING ' AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ZONING
OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH , DUVAL COUNTY ,
FLORIDA , FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROMOTING HEALTH ,
SAFETY , iIORALS AND THE GENERAL WELFARE OF THE
CITY , UNDER AND PURSUANT TO THE ' ATLANTIC
BEACH CHARTER ' : PROVIDING FOR THE ENFORCEMENT
THEREOF , FIXING PENALTY FOR VIOLATION THEREOF ;
REPEALING ORDINANCE NUMBER 50 ANn ALL ORDI -
NANCES IN CONFLICT THEREWITH AND FIXING THE
DATE ';iHEm SAME SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE" .
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH ,
FLORIDA :
SECTION I . That the Code of the City of Atlantic Reach
and Ordinance 90-69-3'4 is hereby amended by deletion of
subparagraph (b) (3) and substitution of new subparagraph
as follows :
Sec . 2",-1l; . "usiness "A" Districts .
(b) (`') Outside storage of stocks , supplies
or equipment , except for new and used •
motor vehicles ; mobile homes ; sales and
repair service in business "A" property
lying west of Mayport Road . No outside
vehicle repair work , stored parts , bodies
or junk allowed .
SECTION II . That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage on final reading .
