AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 28-11, 28. 11. 1, 28-12, and
28. 12. 1 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA,
ENTITLED "ZONING" e
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH,
FLORIDA,
Section 1; Chapter 28011; 28° 11° 1, 28-12, and 28° 12° 1
are amended to provide that any plans submitted
for a building containing three or more living
units shall be considered under Section 28-1701
(Planned Unit Developement)
