AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTERS 28-13- (a) , 28-14- (a) , 28-15- (a)
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA, ENTITLED
"ZONING" .
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH,
FLORIDA.
Section 1: Chapters 28-13- (a) , 28-14- (a) , 28-15-(a)
are amended to include the following
provision within permitted uses, to-wit:
Retail sale of gasoline only.
Passed by the City Commission on first reading on
November 8 , 1976 .
Passed by the City Commission on second reading on
November 22 1976 .
Passed by the City Commission on third and final reading
with a Public Hearing on December 13 , 1976 .
