AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 28-7- (d) OF THE CODE OF THE
CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA, ENTITLED "ZONING" .
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH,
FLORIDA.
Section 1: Chapter 28-7- (d) is hereby amended, to-wit:
(d) Side yard required. There shall be a
side yard on each side of a building
having a width of one-tenth of the width
of the lot, but in no case less than
ten feet except that on existing platted
lots having a frontage of less than sixty
feet the side yard shall be not less than
seven and one-half feet. On corner lots,
the side yard on the street side shall
be fifteen feet.

November 8 , 1976 .
Passed by the City Commission on second reading on
November 22 , 1976 .
Passed by the City Commission on third and final reading
with a Public Hearing on December 13 , 1976 .
