AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 28-14-(a) OF THE CODE OF THE
CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA. , ENTITLED "ZONING".
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH,
FLORIDA.
Section 1: Chapter 28-14-(a) Business "A" is hereby amended,
to-wit:
(4) Restaurants, offices, ice delivery stations,
laundries, small animal out patient clinic,
shops for making articles sold at retail on
the premises and for any other similar enter-
prise, not a nuisance, the chief characteristic
of which is a service to the neighborhood.
Passed by the City Commission on first reading on
September 12 , 1977.
Passed by the City Commission on second reading on
September 26 , 1977.
Passed by the City Commission on third and final reading
with a Public Hearing on October 10 , 1977
