AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 28 OF THE CODE OF
THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA ENTITLED
"ZONING" AND AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP
TO CONFORM WITH THE FOLLOWING AMENDMENTS . THE
DESCRIBED LAND TO BE REZONED FROM BUSINESS "A"
(BA) DISTRICT TO BUSINESS "B" (BB) DISTRICT:
LOT 1 , BLOCK 25, SECTION "H" , ATLANTIC BEACH,
PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 34, CURRENT PUBLIC RECORDS
OF DUVAL COUNTY, FLORIDA; ALSO KNOWN AS 160
MAYPORT ROAD.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA.
SECTION 1 .
Chapter 28 of the Code of the City of Atlantic Beach entitled "Zoning:
and the official Zoning Map be amended as follows: The described land
is rezoned from Business "A" (BA) district to Business "B" (BB) district:
Lot 1 , Block 25, Section "H" , Atlantic Beach, Plat Book 18, Page 34,
Current Public Records of Duval County, Florida; also known as 160
Mayport Road.
SECTION 2.
All ordinances or portion of Ordinances and Resolutions in conflict here-
with are hereby repealed.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 28 ENTITLED
"ZONING" OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC
BEACH, FLORIDA, BY ADDING THERETO
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Chapter 28, entitled "Zoning" of the Code of the City of
Atlantic Beach, Florida, is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
Section 28.14(b) (11) . Outside display or sales of
used furniture, clothing, dry goods, hardware, or
other similar materials.
Section 28.15(b) (10) . Outside display or sales of
used furniture, clothing, dry goods, hardware, or
other similar materials.
Section 28.16(b) (3) . Outside display or sales of
used furniture, clothing, dry goods, hardware, or
other similar materials.
Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective upon its final
passage.
