ORDINANCE NO. 90-82-75
AN ORDINANCE DELETING CHAPTER 23 OF THE CITY
CODE OF ORDINANCES, THE SAME BEING THE ORDI-
NANCE ESTABLISHING THE PROCEDURES AND STAN-
DARDS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF REAL ESTATE; PRO-
VIDING AN EFFECTIVE, DATE
WHEREAS, the City Commission adopted Ordinance No. 90-82-74, an
ordinance amending Chapter 28 of the Ordinance Code, the same being the
Zoning Ordinance, and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 90-82-74 contained Subdivision Regulations
which supercede the requirements of Chapter 23 of the City Code of
Ordinances,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF ATLANTIC BEACH,
FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Chapter 23 of the Ordinance Code of the City of
Atlantic Beach, entitled "Subdivision of Land", be deleted in its entirety.
Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective upon its final
passage.
