To memorialize our previous communication, the purpose of this correspondence is to formally
advise you of the City of Atlantic Beach's intention to terminate its solid waste collection
services agreement with Waste Management on August 1, 2021. The provision for this
notification is delineated in Addendum 4 of the agreement.
Please confirm receipt of this communication and let me know if you have any questions.
Meanwhile, we remain grateful for your spirit of cooperation and continued efforts to ensure a
smooth transition of our solid waste collection services to GFL.
