RFP 21-03 Notice from GFL October 30, 2020
Dear Valued Supplier,
On October 30, 2020, subsidiaries of GFL Environmental Inc. ("GFL") acquired certain assets from
subsidiaries of Waste Management, Inc. ("WM") and Advanced Disposal Services, Inc. ("Advanced
Disposal"). This letter contains instructions for how to change your invoicing to GFL Everglades Holdings
LLC for services provided to locations acquired by GFL (see attached listing) as of October 30, 2020. All
services provided prior to October 30, 2020, as well as services provided to locations not acquired by GFL,
should continue to be billed to WM and/or Advanced Disposal consistent with your prior payment
instructions.
How to update invoicing information to GFL?
Legal Entity Name Change:
All invoices previously billed to the acquired locations will require an update in your customer master
records to now be billed in the name of GFL Everglades Holdings LLC. Your invoices must also contain
the correct "bill to" and "ship to" addresses associated with GFL. GFL Everglades Holdings LLC has the
following new EIN #: 85-2569231.
Payment Terms:
GFL's standard payment terms are Net 60 days.
Submission of invoices (bill to):
All invoices must be submitted to the location where the order was placed.
Attached is a document that shows the addresses of all acquired locations and where to bill.
W9 Requirement (Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification):
We require W-9 information for all of our vendors, as a requirement from IRS. The W9 form is required to
be completed and returned back at your earliest, in order to avoid 24% withholding on future payments.
