Ordinance No. 90-85-87 v ti ORDINANCE NO. 90-85-87 AN ORDINANCE ZONING PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED AND OWNED BY BULL BROTHERS, LTD. , TO CG AND RG-2 AS DEFINED UNDER THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, Bull Brothers, Ltd. , 321 Atlantic Boulevard, Atlantic Beach, Florida, is the owner of certain property herein described and have applied to the City Commission to zone said property to CG and RG-2 in accordance with the Zoning Code of the City of Atlantic Beach, Florida, and WHEREAS, the Advisory Planning Board met on February 19, 1985, to consider the zoning application and conducted a public hearing, and WHEREAS, the Advisory Planning Board has rendered its recommendation to the City Commission, including any special conditions, and WHEREAS, the City Commission finds that the proposed rezoning is consistent with the Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Code of the City of Atlantic Beach, Florida, and the proposed rezoning will not adversely effect the health and safety of the residents in the area, and will not be detrimental to the natural environment or to the use or development of the adjacent properties in the general neighborhood, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY CODM9ISSION OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA: Section 1 : The real property described in Section 2 below is hereby zoned in two parcels. Parcel A which represents all of the land lying west of the main drainage lagoon is hereby rezoned to Commercial General . Parcel B, the remaining portion of the land all lying east of the drainage lagoon is hereby rezoned to RG-2. Both rezonings are in compliance with the application and plans on file with the City and by reference made a part hereof subject to any conditions and recommendations of the Advisory Planning Board to the City Commission, said conditions, if any, and recommendations also being on file with the City and by reference made a part hereof. Section 2 : The real property zoned by this ordinance is owned by Bull Brothers, Ltd. , 321 Atlantic Boulevard, Atlantic Beach, Florida 32233, and is more particularly described in Attachment A.
