LLC. The Department is requesting additional documentation in order to determine legal
sufficiency to perform an investigation. In order to continue processing your complaint and

statement)

The system you installed was not what I agreed to. I was told that the solar panels had back up and would reduce my
power bill that averaged 85.00 a month. The backup system was a battery that would be connected to the power panel
and solar panel outside my house. It would not be necessary to connect to my circuit inside my house. Holes were drilled
in my siding and was told by installer this was to connect the battery to my circuit to run a microwave and was not backup
for solar panels. I stopped the project and contacted momentum because this is not what I was told. I would have never
let you on my property if I had been told the complete truth. You were not transparent and failed to install a system that
had back up for solar panels. When you arrived to install system, you wanted to install panels on my detached garage
behind the house which was not feasible. In hindsight I should have realized you were not a legitimate business and had
communication problems with employees and customers.
I called and spoke with your staff in October and explained the problem and was told it would be cancelled and equipment
removed. When the technician's showed up they said they were here to connect the battery to my circuit in my house not
to remove the equipment. I contacted the office three more times, but nothing was done. I got a past due statement from
the bank past due statement for installation solar system that was never completed. I explained I would not allow a
battery connected to my circuit that could result in a fire.Also this was not the agreement.
1. Why would I have never agreed to a system without back up. My average power will double without back up. I was told
solar panels would lower my bill. Back up is important since JEA will give credit 1:1 for KW
2, It is required in the State of Florida that you are completely transparent especially for seniors.
3. I am concerned you failed to fully inform me so I could make an informed decision.Also no one ever contacted me
about my concern, and I never should have sent me payment for a system that never was installed as agreed to. This is
not a legitimate way of doing business.
4. Please have system removed from my house in the next 10 days.Also damage to siding of house should be repaired.
