AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY
OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA, TO REZONE THE AREA KNOWN
AS SEMINOLE BEACH AND OCEANWALK FROM RGA, RGC, AND
RGE TO RS1 , RS2, RG2, AND RG3, AS SHOWN ON THE MAP
ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF; PROVIDING
FOR THE EXTENSION THERETO OF ALL THE REQUIRED
SETBACKS AND HEIGHT LIMITATIONS AS CURRENTLY PROVID-
ED FOR IN CHAPTER 24, THE ATLANTIC BEACH COMPREHEN-
SIVE ZONING ORDINANCE; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC
BEACH, FLORIDA
Section 1. The zoning atlas of the City of Atlantic Beach,
Florida, is hereby amended to extend its boundaries to include the area
known as Seminole Beach and Oceanwalk, and to provide for the rezoning
of those areas as indicated on the map attached hereto and made a part
hereof, and further providing for the extension thereto of all of the
required setbacks and height limitations as currently provided for in
Chapter 24 of the Atlantic Beach comprehensive zoning Ordinance.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect January 1, 1987.
