Russell Rowland (RR) has reviewed the Grading and Drainage plan provided by Alpha
Southeast dated 01/17/2023 and has determined that it is acceptable for the proposed water
retention systems to be installed provided that the drainage system is placed a minimum of 2ft
from the structure and that the top of the existing footing is at or below 7.70’ elevation.
