I have described below the action to be taken for each item of concern involving only the Initial Building Review. Zoning Comments ITEM 1 The client has applied for a variance and the area is hatched on the drawings. This work will be a separate permit if a variance is approved. Building Comments The rear porch size has been updated in the drawing set to reduce the size of the addition to under 250Sf of new impervious area. This change is only to the rear porch and its overall with and length. Public Works ITEM 1 The Addition has been reduced to be less than 250SF of be impervious space. On site retention is no longer required. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you require any clarification or additional information regarding these issues.
