The City of Atlantic Beach agreed to pass this matter to the September 7, 2023 hearing date. Mr. Baldwin stated to the City of Atlantic Beach that she was out of town on the July 6, 2023 date. CONCLUSIONS OF LAW 4. The Property was properly assessed for the Code violations. The City of Atlantic Beach provided time for a hearing for the Respondent on the issue of failure to obtain permits for building demolition. Proper notice was provided to the Respondent.
