Please send the permit payment instructions as soon as you can. Attached is our local business tax receipts. If you need anything, please let me know.

Subject: 42 East Coast Dr permit approved - need new private provider and NTBO or notification to use COAB inspectors
Hi, your permit for 42 East Coast Drive has been approved. However, the private provider you selected to perform inspections,
Universal Engineering, is no longer able to perform private inspections for permits in Atlantic Beach.
Please either select a different private provider and submit a new “Notice to Building Official” document to Building-Dept@coab.us or
let us know if you would like our City inspectors to perform your inspections.
Once we’ve received either your updated NTBO or notification that you’ll use our City inspectors for your job, we’ll email you permit
payment instructions. We will also need your company’s updated local business tax receipt.
