Review and advise on potential hazard trees located at above address.
Tree 1.28" DBH water oak tree located on the right side of driveway between the bulkhead and
fence. Root system confined in too restrictive space, surrounding trees have been removed, exposing
this tree to wind failure due to restricted root cone. The tree is a failure potential to a high value target,
of the home and driveway per pursuant to Florida Statute § 163.045
Tree 2.3.4. located on the right side of home. A 12" DBH, a 10" DBH and another 10" DBH
water oak tree cluster, in an eroding dune mound. This group of trees presents a moderate uproot
hazard to a high value target, the home, in an average weather event per pursuant to Florida Statute §
163.045
The remaining reviewed trees on the right side of property are in a low failure risk.
