To Whom it May Concern:
Upon inspection of the property, I found a Sabal palm tree that should be removed. The
tree poses an unnecessary risk to person and property. The tree was planted too close to the house.
It has outgrown its location. The tree is growing into the side of the house and gutters. There is no
way to trim the tree to reduce the risk to below moderate. It is a high risk and the only option and
solution is to remove it.
