On April 26th, 2023, I performed a Level 2 Tree Risk Assessment on three pines located at the above
address. The tools used during the inspection were sounding mallet, binoculars, and measuring
tape. I have attached photos of the trees and their defects.
-22" Pine located at left side of home presents in poor condition. My observation revealed
the tree has irregular growth with a significant lean over home. Targets located within the
drip line are home and people. I recommend removal.
-24" Pine located at front of home near road presents in poor condition. My observation
revealed the tree has a lean over 20 -degrees towards the road. I also observed a 2' fusiform
canker at base with associated torsion damage. Targets are cars, people, and power lines. I
recommend removal.

recommend removal.
Arborists cannot detect every condition that could possibly lead to the structural failure of a
tree. Trees are living organisms that fail in ways we do not fully understand. Ultimately, the
governing body's arborist (City of Atlantic Beach) or representative shall determine whether
a tree is classified as dead, dying, hazardous, and/or specimen status. No warranties express
