Dear Respondent:
You are hereby notified and requested to appear at the scheduled hearing that you
requested on April 27th, per city ordinance 4-11(3), to challenge the intended dangerous
dog declaration of your dog, Farley.
The hearing is scheduled for Thursday, May 11th 2023 at 11:00am.
The hearing will be held in the City of Atlantic Beach Commission Chambers, 800
Seminole Road, Atlantic Beach FL
The hearing will be conducted in front of a Special Magistrate.
