RE: Henderson Residence – 314 12th St, Atlantic Beach FL Apex # 2022.003426 As we understand, the intent of this memorandum is to address the following issue(s): · Retention pond at the above-mentioned address is approximately 5 feet from the stemwall foundation supporting the main structure and foundation support is in question. Upon review of the applied loading, we have determined the following: · This is acceptable provided the retention pond depth does not exceed 48” and the top of the bank is no closer than 48” from the foundation.
