Greetings, Chairman/Mayor Gulliford and CRC members:
Thank you for your service and serious intent. I am forwarding two
documents that may be of interest as part of your review.
1. Report of the 2022 Report of the Mayor's Council on Health and
Well-Being. It is known to some on the CRC, but it was referenced
during public comment at last week's meeting. Some may be relevant to
the Charter; all are relevant to quality of life in AB. Overall
recommendations are toward the end.
2. The outgoing memo I wrote as mayor about the Charter review. I
mentioned some technical and substantive areas that arose while I was
mayor.
I am not suggesting that all topics move forward, but they have been
raised and may warrant a look.
